The best part of this headstrap apart from the extra battery life is the tightening dial that allows my grandkids to change users without me having to adjust the strap. They just turn the dial- open it up take it off then the other puts it on and turns the dial to tighten!!!!!

I have always wanted to try VR and after a couple weeks of owning the Quest 2, I am so glad I bought this and added the battery strap for longer playing time! I believe about five hours on a full charge, maybe a little longer. I think three without the added battery strap. So many cool experiences and games! Hours of fun and I'm not bored with it yet! Awesome item!

I suggest the first thing you do is charge the strap while plugged into the headset. Once you wait about 30mins don't unplug but tap the on button quickly and you will see the battery charge number for both headset and strap. Let it charge fully till the light is green. Don't charge this while it is on a lot because you will get double dashes for some reason

It not very good on holdig a charge, couple of time I charge its was fantastic, charge 100%. Third use it only charge to 80% ,every day it became worst. After three weeks it only held 78%. The headset itself was great. not the battery.

I ordered this item and it never came I don't know why what happened but I got my money back thank God but don't order from these people

i bought this week's ago and have ignored every time to ask for a rating, the hint should have been gotten a long time ago now, you get one star, you don't even deserve a rating for this item since you are not the maker Walmart, meta is a maker and they deserve the rating not Walmart or the person who picked and delivered the item. you're just a middle man Walmart, just a shelf for it to sit on till purchased. I'm tired of being bothered about this purchase and all purchases i make, you don't need to email me every time i buy something whether it's tech or a simple drink, but yet you do, Walmart plus and this app needs a whole revamp and a new team of competent devs, of course you can't comprehend that in the slightest, this isn't the play or app store you don't need or deserve ratings, it's annoying, I'm sure most would agree with me, stop bugging or I'm going to have to put you on the spam list kids. and don't get this twisted, the one star is for Walmart giving itself and unwarranted pat on the back, as for the device yeah that's five stars, but those five stars are for the creator of the device, meta, not Walmart, you're just a middle man, and if you think well we deserve something for carrying it then you need to go back to school, cause i could easily have ordered from a less annoying source and i just might have to moving forward, at least when it comes to tech, cause you don't seem to take a hint when you're review request has been ignored and disregarded for weeks now.

Did not work replacement steps inconvenient

I called them as soon as I opened my package I ordered a quest 2 elite battery strap only to get a Elite strap! I was on the phone with them for a good 30 minutes they claim they were checking with their warehouse to see what happened and then she said someone was in a meeting and can she call me back in 30 minutes never got a call back and I am not about to wait for one because I can peep the bs therefore I am returning the item. I don't know how they're considered a pro seller when they screwed my order up and offered no recourse and @Walmart you ain't no better you should helped your customer who trusted a 3rd party on your platform what was so hard about replacing the item when you've the item in stock and I gave a solution of letting me return this item give me a instant store credit so I can replace the item immediately instead of waiting for a refund because I refuse to be in the same boat twice because I know Walmart made that mistake before of sending me the wrong model because they have the wrong product listing up! But Walmart lied and said FedEx will pickup my return at my door when I received the label it says I have to drop it off therefore yall are about to pay me for my time as soon as I drop it off
