Quest Crispy Protein Bar, Blueberry Cobbler Flavor, Low Sugar, 4 Count

I've had a gastric bypass so work to get enough protein every day. I've tried every high protein bar made.....well maybe not every one. Lol. Anyway, I've tried a lot and this Quest Blueberry Crisp is awesome. The Quest Birthday Cake Crisp is also amazing. Sometimes you get tired of the chewy gooey protein bars. These bars fill that order.

I've tried about a dozen of Quests protein bars, some I like, some not so much. This is by far one of my three absolute favorites! Texture is not like the typical protein bar. Makes a nice treat at the end of the day plus the added benefit of bumping my protein and fiber.

I'm happy I decided to order the blueberry cobbler bars because they are delicious. I think of them as a healthier replacement for pop-tarts. There is a yummy layer of blueberry “jam” towards the top of the bar. I actually flip the bar upside-down to eat it so I get more of the blueberry taste. If you buy them, you should try that little trick too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm partial to the "crisps" bars over some of the other options but I prefer the ones that have a layer of flavor at the top. The blueberry in this one is delicious. This one and the caramel pecan are my go-tos.

These are too good. I don't track my ketones/blood sugar, so I don't know how I react to these, but I feel like these are so sweet and delicious that they make me crave foods outside of the keto realm. I mean they are freaking delicious, and they also have this crunchy quality that I miss when doing the keto diet. For me I have to limit my intake of these, even though they are keto because they are too hyper-palatable. I had to knock a star off because they are too good, maybe that's weird? I prefer to stick with the other bars that are less sweet. I kind of wish these were a little less sweet also.

This Quest protein bar is alright. It doesn't taste bad, but I wouldn't spend my money on it again when there are other Quest protein bars I like much more. There needs to be more of the blueberry filling. I don't taste any blueberry flavor. And the coating on this protein bar makes it overly sweet. It has a nice texture.

Unfortunately they have put cinnamon in these blueberry bars and it isn't a good flavor . Love blueberry but not with cinnamon.
