I had bariatric surgery in April 2022. I am a sugar freak and that was the hardest thing besides bread to give up. With these quest meals, I do not have to give up my sugar. I can eat as many sugar-free Popsicles as I want as many sugar-free Jell-O as I want. I drink protein shakes that taste like chocolate, strawberry, vanilla caramel birthday cake you name it they make it. I'm down 142 pounds in one year and still get to eat my sweets.

University Nutrition Departments rate bars by comparing the sum of protein and fiber (in grams, multiplied by 10), with the number of calories. If the calorie content is greater, it's candy. If the protein and fiber are greater, it's healthy. It's simple. Most "breakfast bars" are candy. All Quest bars are healthy. What's more, the Quest bars taste good.

Knowing that it is a healthy choice is the best feeling. It hits all the marks for a delicious protein bar with an appealing chocolate flavor. I love these cookies and they're actually fairly large. And they will fix your hunger. Sometimes I have to have 2, but they're a lot better having 2 of these than eating out of like Oreos or something. And not keeping track of how many I've had.

bad batch. horribly dry. seems to be tough and go with this brand. they're delicious when they're good and "fresh" but this batch got thrown away, sadly.
