The quality of this carburetor is excellent for the price. Four corner idle adjustment and an electric choke were two things I needed in this carb and both work great. Factory adjustment was really close for my AMC 360. It only took a little adjustment to get it perfect. I have no hesitation or flat spots. I would recommend this carburetor.
Works great! Adjustable floats Sight glass to visually check float levels 4 idle circuits Replacement air bleeds Electric choke Double pumper Responsive throttle Pretty polished appearance Light weight aluminum Great reasonable price
I bought the Brawler 650 for a 350 with a thumper roller cam and aluminum heads for my 57 chevy. very minumal adjustments. Runs great.
Great carburetor for the price works great looks awesome
Excellent out the box! I will buy again for other projects.
Purchased this to go on my 350 73 vette performs great. Would recommend.
This carburetor is a big improvement over my old one works awesome
I bougth this is easy isntalacion y happy with this
I would recommend this carburetor to someone looking for a mid level carburetor. However, i personally had a bad experience with quality control. I had a bolt on the fuel bowl missing threads entirely, and it dumped fuel all over my engine. Luckily, it was obvious enough that i caught it during tuning, as it could start a fire.
I cacculated my cfm needs and came up with the 650. The brawler came up as a Holley so I bought it and have yet to get it dialed in. This carb is extremely picky and so far has been a real pain almost to the extent of looking for its replacement. This carb however looks great and is very easy to rejet and tune as needed (which is every time I start my truck so far) and seems to work.....if you can make it happy.
