Quick Square Aluminum Carpenter's Square

i I bought it a year or two age and I use it all the time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great little square. All the measurements are clearly defined. Many different angles can be measured. The edging is smooth for a sharp mark. And, small enough to fit in a tool box or bucket.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect for quick use and light weight! Easy to use and easy to read. Great for quick cuts for with my circular saw. This thing is nice and square and allows for good accuracy no matter what your are using it for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This square is light and true. The aluminum square feels great in the hands. I have used many plastic ones in past, this aluminum blows them out of the water. It's very durable not taking scratches or damage if dropped.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is probably the best quality square that I have used. I used it in building my outdoor BBQ pit and feom the moment I had it in my hand I knew it was a quality made product. This square did the job and I wasn't worried about dropping it or being too rough with it. Stanley did an amazing job in creating such a good quality square!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Basic speed square. Works for marking quick 90s and 45s and cutting rafters. Use it as a fence for your circular saw to keep your cuts dead on. It's easy to read and is just a tool you don't have to think about.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A good quality speed square. It looks nice, has a good finish. I tested the squareness and it passed with flying colors. I had to sneak it into my workshop before my wife claimed it! It is in my toolbox and ready to keep working for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the size and weight of the quick square, but I was surprised that the accuracy was not spot on (see pictures for test). I did however like the fact that the markings, although not of contrasting colors, can be made so because they are deeply incised into the square. I did like that the cues on using the square are clearly marked on the square. I think that the pivot could be made a little more prominent, on this particular square it is almost non-existent. Overall I like the weight since it wouldn't be cumbersome on your belt or in your pouch, the markings since they are deeply incised and could easily accept some paint or epoxy to make it easier to read in low light, and I do like the cues marked on either face to make it easier to use.
