Intuit needs more competition
Unlike previous years of using QuickBooks pro, this version doesn't have the full payroll function without paying extra. There are several software issues with the mouse control of the UI when using the Banking Web Connect feature. Why should I have to pay Intuit for tech support for a brand new purchase. I have used QuickBooks pro and other integrated Intuit Software for over ten years just because of the learning curve when trying to learn a totally new program but this will be the last version that I will buy. When I did try to call their support phone line I was on hold for 18 minutes only to be told that I didn't have the area for Web connect tech support , when the person tried to reconnect me I was on hold for another 10 minutes but when the next person answered the phone the person disconnected the line (hopefully by mistake... I just gave up). I used to think Intuit made their bookkeeping software for small businesses but now I just feel that its just for their own Corporate Greed.
