Converting to 2019
I was impressed with the online support group. I got my answers and found that installing 2019 onto my laptop and pulling in a QDF file from a 2013 was very eaay.

CD broke trying to remove from package.
The CD was so thin It broke getting it out of the box. That is why it gets 3 stars. Quicken took care of me though and after a little hassle they allowed a download of the software.

Not a purchase - a "subscription"
If there was any product on the market that would replace this I'd happily switch. Quicken's decision to increase their revenue by making their software a 'subscription' is nothing less than a means to assure you'll buy the product every year at whatever price the want to charge you. While it's a good product, I'm looking for a replacement.

Quicken smarts
I use to buy this product, Once every 3 years . Now the same price only gets one year! That, I don't like. I'll be looking for an alternative.

Another buggy, frustrating version
LONG time Quicken user. Every new release that we're forced into is worse than the last when it comes to basic functionality and 2019 is the same. Frustrated that I keep holding out hope. Sync to cloud / iPhone app is desirable in today's world, but the software is buggy. Duplicate accounts repeatedly appear on basic 'sync'. I don't have advice for a better product, I wish there was one. Would give anything if they would just stabilize the basic functionality.

Not Happy
Not at all. The disc cracked when I took it out of the case. I downloaded online instead. Plus, it used to be a three-year subscription for the same price as this ONE-YEAR subscription is now. I will use my bank's billy-pay, thank you! Goodbye Quicken.

Quicken didn't maintain downloads for all banks
Quicken forced me to upgrade to 2019 by disabling my financial institution downloads, but my bank doesn't work in 2019 and won't download anyways. Extremely frustrating!
