We needed a shredder and ended up with this model. A choice we do not regret. The funny name made us hesitate for a bit, also that the paper size is clearly marked as A4, a European paper size, longer and narrower than US standard sizes. No worries though, both feeds take all sizes we threw at it. The auto-feeder works great and it is -as promised- a lot quieter than any other shredder we used before. Highly recommended!

I like everything about this product

Much quieter than expected, and the high volume makes quick work of personal records and junk mail.

So far, so good. I had so much shredding to do and this shredder has held up wonderfully and its still quiet.

Works perfect for the small shredding I do.

Considering the price of shredders, this is not bad; I just think they are all overpriced. Nice compact unit. It is quieter than others, but not as quiet as I expecting. I read it auto-reversed to stop jams - it does not; you have to switch it to reverse when it does jam (which has happened a few times). The best feature for me is the auto-feeder, where you can put a bunch of papers in, and it feeds it through. I'd give this 8.5/10. For the most part it does work, but every sheet fed through slides on an angle, and after a while, it gets jamed-up. Just don't put too many in, and keep an eye on it. I can use it for an hour without it overheating. Pros/Cons with anything you purchase - but it is doing what I want it to do, most of the time, so I would recommend it for heavy use (which is why I purchased it).

Okay so I bought this and did not realize it was Barbie size, I was not happy about the size of this shredder, the motor is quiet. It's easy emptying, maybe great for a Home Office, but I work in accounting and constantly shredding paperwork, but it has held up. I have not tried credit cards yet. But I'm keeping it, to see how long it will last. it's not bad and it does what it supposed to do. Best For home office though.
