Quilo 3in1 Super Quiet Energy Efficient Portable Tower Fan & Evaporative Cooler & Humidifier

This is a great machine. But it has to used correctly or it cant cool a room. Properly ventilation is an absolute must with any evaporative cooler. If you just turn it on expecting an AC well, you didnt do your research. It cools my space just fine. Can use straight out of the box. Just fill with water and go!

I live in the High Desert of California, and this is the best room-sized stand-alone evaporative cooler I have found. Nothing else comes close for ease of operation, low-noise operation and effectiveness. On another note, the manufacturer is out of stock with this product, which I desperately needed - but Walmart is not!!! I bought two. Thank you, Walmart!

Really like this product! It is so effective in keeping me cool. Its summer right now, and our house does not keep cool well, even with AC, and im pregnant so im always hot! The cooling portion is very good, it keeps my room pretty cool. I'm not sure about larger areas, but my small room stays cool for the day, it supplements the AC. Also, I usually put a ice pack in the large compartment and ice in the small compartment, that adds extra cooling. Even just the fan portion is effective! I usually have it on turbo, so it does have a background noise, but I like the noise as it helps me sleep. There is a quiet option too. Def recommend!

The QUILO 3 IN 1 Fan is a handy tower fan! It is so light weight and easy to move around. The fan has options (it has a timer, swing movement, turbo and quiet modes), it has an evaporative cooling option that works great in our bedroom, and we are anxious to use in our cabin next summer. The 3rd use is humidifier option which we will use in the coming winter months. On top of that it had a great look to it and is easy to display anywhere in my home.

I love my Quilo!! This is the second year that I have been using it. It is extremely easy to run and has four fan settings. When its hot, I run the turbo setting and boy does it blow out some nice cool air. It is extremely important to remember that this is not technically an "air conditioner." It is a swamp cooler and runs on the rules of all swamp coolers. The humidity needs to be 55% or less in order for the air to be nice and cold. For most people, it will not cool off the room so much, but cools off the space around you, so its important to have it sitting nearby. The lower the outdoor humidity, the better this unit will work. I live in North Dakota and there is only small windows of time during June and September that it works really at its best. When it gets above 85 degrees outside, our humidity usually goes up too high for this unit to operate well. Use a humidity gauge to help you. It does save me on electricity during the June and September months when I can use it exclusively to keep me cool. I also HIGHLY recommend that you use a bacteriostatic in the water as it prevents mold, and seemingly even calcium deposits from being glued to the inside components. Purchase one designed for water-based coolers and add a couple of teaspoons to the water per gallon. Do routine maintenance as recommended and you will love this unit too!! I soak the filter in white vinegar water for 30 minutes as part of the routine. Its a light-weight unit and easy to clean.

It works great. I've tried other portable units before and was disappointed. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Product was easy to operate. Instructions were straight forward. It cooled down when loaded with ice but it's not an air conditioner.

I have this unit in a 4 x 4 grow tent that is air tight with a 6 inch intake. This unit severely struggles to keep the tent under 90. Terrible at doing its job. There is a reason traditional ac units haven't been replaced. It's because they work. Units like this one such at doing any kind of cooling. If it can't cool down an enclosed 4 x 4 tent, what do you expect it to do for your home or room?

Worked for 1 day hasnt worked since and getting a replacement/refund is difficult with Walmart and the seller/company
