Between my partner and I, this is about our 8th or 9th Quip toothbrush. I think each one lasts less than the one before it. We were big fans in the beginning but I'm definitely thinking of switching brands in the future... Usually they just stop working or I have to turn on various times throughout a single brushing bc it will just stop midbrush. My newest toothbrush, I instantly had to swap out batteries bc it didn't work at all.
This is my third Quip since they came out.I use them only for traveling. They seem to work well, but they do not last. The brush head wears and does not stay in the handle. My first was plastic and I blamed it on the material. The second was metal and the finish peeled off at the junction. So, I am back to the plastic No need to order refills. It probably won't last.
I have been using a Quip toothbrush for years and my teeth have never looked better. I like the efficiency of the battery operated system and the mint toothpaste has a pleasant taste. My only negative comment is that it is impossible to speak with a human-- but I've kept on using Quip because I love it!
I have been using quip toothbrushes for several years and appreciate how they remove plaque, the battery life, its simple design, and how they feel in your hand. My only issue is the one I had previous to my current one stopped working just after one year so it wasn't covered under the warranty. Another family member had the same issue twice and eventually switched to another brand. For now, the positives outweigh the negative for me so I will stick with it and give it a 4 out of 5 star rating.
It doesn't it doesn't keep running the for two minutes. Sometimes it doesn't even make to the first pause. This is the reason I bought a new one because my old one was doing that even
I had an older version of Quip & I wanted to upgrade to this New silver color also it seems like it is a bit more powerful & the timed vibration seems like the perfect amount of time. Quip is fresh start to my day
This is probably my 3rd or 4th quip, got the glow-in-the-dark for fun. Does NOT glow at all, but that's okay. I'm an adult. I seem to have gotten a faulty brush because every single time I brush my teeth, it quits after three seconds. It used to be after around 10 seconds, but now, not only does it quit after three, the cessation is now repetitive to the point where I can't keep this toothbrush. At first, I thought it was a battery issue, so I switched it to the battery, which housed my last Quip toothbrush, since I never had his issue with that. Not a battery issue. It's gotta be a mechanical issue. I already tossed my old Quip, so I can't go back to that either. Can I get a replacement with a different toothbrush? I don't mind paying some kind of a difference, but I can't stick with this Glow-in-the-Dark Sonic Toothbrush.
We've been battling our almost 7y/o to brush his teeth regularly since he started brushing. We tried every trick in the book, from character-themed brushes to fun brushing songs to rewards for brushing. Turns out Quip was the answer. Suddenly he brushes without being asked, he goes for the full two minutes, and I feel like he is actually reaching every tooth. It's a miracle!
I like simplicity and elegance. I hate contraptions and clutter. So when Quip first introduced their Sonic Toothbrush, I knew it was made for me. Over the years, I’ve worn out a few (nothing lasts forever), so I’ve just received my 4th one. My dental checkups have never been better, and I don’t have cords all over my bathroom vanity. And getting a new brush head and battery in the mail every few months is very convenient. Plus, it’s a breeze to travel with. I’m a believer!
I wasn't pleased with this toothbrush. I purchased 2/28 and a week later the battery already gave out. I love the toothpaste and it cleans teeth well, but unfortunately I already need to purchase another toothbrush. I also found the button is a little tough to turn on I wish it was a little more sensitive to the touch.
