Not sure what the negative reviews are commenting about. Maybe I received a new and improved version. THERE IS NO SINKING THE MIDDLE so although that was a concern from the reviews that's not what I experienced with this product. There also is no plastic pieces included as it wouldn't be needed, hold my shoes perfectly fine and fits nicely in the area. Love how organized it keeps everything. It's able to hold more than just shoes and I find that convenient, overall great buy! Definitely recommend.

It’s just as it’s described. Only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is bc the pieces were a little difficult to get in all the way.

It's not extremely sturdy, but it's fine for what it's made for. I use it for a few pairs of shoes by the door. I think it looks pretty.

It's just okay, it gets the job done, but it's not the best. It's very flimsy, it was a pain to assemble (each shelf is two separate pieces that join in the middle with a plastic piece and pushing them together is way too difficult especially with how flimsy it is), the shelves are a little shorter than anticipated (I mainly only own ankle boots and they're all too tall to fit so I have to smush them in while my friends shoes that are much larger don't fit at all except for the top), and the shelves don't all screw on together; two of them do, but the third one just pops into it with a small hole and a too small of a peg in each leg so it's not even one whole unit pretty much. I'm debating to glue it on or not. But at the end of the day I got it put together and it holds our shoes well enough so it's okay. Could be better, but it's good enough.

I like the size of this product, but the tiers/shelves sag in the middle. Needs to be a little more sturdy.

the product is cheap. i will have to get a better one. it's very weak in the middle of the rack where the joints are

If I could give this a big fat ZERO, I would. This is not sturdy at all and definitely not worth the money. It's very flimsy and easy to break. One good smack from a toddler and it will be broken unless they decide to sit on it and then it's definitely going in the trash. Assembly isn't a smart set up and you feel like you're going to break it while putting it together. Not a happy customer at all!!!

The shoe rack itself looks lovely once it has been put together. However, it is very flimsy and falls apart easily.

it was missing the leg extensions so i could effectively only use 2 of the shelves instead of three.
