It's a great little ice maker for a dorm room if you only have a couple people using it it makes ice super fast the only down side is it doesn't keep the ice frozen but as the ice melts it goes back in the the water reservoir to be turned into ice again But all and all it's a great ice maker

The unit is compact; Same size as my Nespresso machine but a little wider; Love getting ice quickly and how small the cubes are! It is loud when the machine is on in the cooling stage but it is in my office so it doesn't really bother me that much. It's like white noise at this point. I am buying another one for my home!

I really love that I found this machine. It's so easy to get ice, and literally in a few minutes from the beginning of assembly, washed then dried off, add water, start machine and it's just THAT simple! There is a cleaning process when you first get it out of the box and set up where you want it. It's easy, not a long process, before you know it? It's done and ready to be dried off (as I mentioned above) and used. Also this ice is a perfect for eating ice. Love it!!!

I would definitely recommend this ice maker. It makes the perfect tiny nugget ice. The cycles aren't long, it comes with self cleaning mode and a great metal ice scoop. The only tip I have is lift the bucket to drain excess water before putting your ice in a bucket to avoid a solid mess you can't break through. Perfect for my house love it

Ahhh, ice at last! My previous ice maker was a -type and the ice melted faster in glasses or water bottles. My friend had a nugget ice maker, and the ice lasted much longer in my water bottle; I chose the Qunler countertop, and it is performing as promised. It makes ice quickly and quietly. I like the 'crunch-ability' of nugget ice. I'm very pleased that It doesn't melt down and dilute my drink as fast as the bullet ice did! In today's inflation rate, this item was a good price.

Dented on the front from shipping. Doesn't affect the product so kept it anyway. Do notice it has condensation that drips on the bottom when it runs for a longer period when ice is being made. I just wipe it and keep an eye on it. Also, when it backs up at the hole where it dispenses from, it's good to keep pulling the ice forward with the scoop to allow it to process more at a time. Other than this it is working for us and my daughter who's 13.5 LOVES the small shapes and how softer they are to chew on.

I bought this ice maker in July 2025, by January 2026 it started squeaking and moaning so loud you could hear it from across the house. I turned it off, cleaned it, turned it back on and within a few days black and gray grit were showing up in the ice. Then it stopped producing ice at all. I assume something in the motor broke and it breached the water tank. Disappointing.
