Ahhh, ice at last! My previous ice maker was a -type and the ice melted faster in glasses or water bottles. My friend had a nugget ice maker, and the ice lasted much longer in my water bottle; I chose the Qunler countertop, and it is performing as promised. It makes ice quickly and quietly. I like the 'crunch-ability' of nugget ice. I'm very pleased that It doesn't melt down and dilute my drink as fast as the bullet ice did! In today's inflation rate, this item was a good price.

It is very easy to use. All we need to do is add water and press the button. Then just wait for the cool ice cubes to appear in just a few minutes. The machine runs very quietly and you hardly notice its presence. Cleaning the machine is also very easy. It is a favorite for iced drinkers like me.

It makes ice quickly, and while it's not completely silent, it still is pretty quiet. When you're done using it, draining it and cleaning it is simple.

Ice is the nugget ice type and it creates a large amt each day. Would definitely recommend if anyone is looking for an ice maker. Also very easy to clean and maintain.
Dented on the front from shipping. Doesn't affect the product so kept it anyway. Do notice it has condensation that drips on the bottom when it runs for a longer period when ice is being made. I just wipe it and keep an eye on it. Also, when it backs up at the hole where it dispenses from, it's good to keep pulling the ice forward with the scoop to allow it to process more at a time. Other than this it is working for us and my daughter who's 13.5 LOVES the small shapes and how softer they are to chew on.
I bought this ice maker in July 2025, by January 2026 it started squeaking and moaning so loud you could hear it from across the house. I turned it off, cleaned it, turned it back on and within a few days black and gray grit were showing up in the ice. Then it stopped producing ice at all. I assume something in the motor broke and it breached the water tank. Disappointing.
