I've been taking this over a year now and it helps tremendously with relaxation and sleep. I absolutely love this product and highly recommend it. They say the average adults in America who are magnesium deficient are really high. Why not enjoy some relaxation?

I have had restless leg syndrome all my life and it wasn't until I started taking these capsules, that my night time leg twitching stopped completely. I don't leave home without them. I take them every night 30 minutes before bed. It is the only thing that cured my RLS. I have had RSL since I was a child, even before they called it RLS. I lived through many traumatic nights but not anymore !! I totally recommend this product.

I have been taking this item for almost a year and I have never had an issue. The quality of the product is what it says it is. I highly recommend Qunol over lesser known brands. Occasionally the item is not in stock and there might be delays, but Walmart.com has always come through. I order this as an auto subscription.

I've been using another brand that's exactly same mg %26 strength… 1st DAY I used this brand, I could feel the DIFFERENCE in my BODY! I've got FIBRO. The POTASSIUM has to be taken with MAGNESIUM %26 they help w/MUSCLE SPASMS. I thought I was doomed, again! Then I tried this bc it was on SALE. It must have much BETTER ABSORPTION!

In my opinion top notch company, quality and legitimacy. 20-30 minutes out like a light great sleep and water / fat soluble only product on the market. I never utilized magnesium until I purchased this brand for my mother and she could immediately feel a difference and ensures to share daily! Amazing product

This is the most effective magnesium taken by mouth that I have ever taken. If you take one before you go to bed, it will enhance sleep and also it helps with digestion and constipation. It is so nice that you can take it in a capsule, instead of the milk of magnesium which also works for constipation, but is sometimes very hard to swallow. The capsule is easily swallowed or chewed if you don't have much water on hand. It is tasteless!

Purchased these for relief from nighttime foot and leg cramps. Cramps from middle age / perimenopause / and some nerve issues. I started with half dose to make sure there wasn't any stomach irritation. Even half a dose helps but the full dose works so well. I don't have to be super careful about how I live my foot in the middle of the night anymore. No stomach issues and full relief from foot cramps!

This is very important to note: this product is NOT pure Magnesium Glycinate Chelate, it is "buffered" (adulterated) with Magnesium Oxide. While the glycinated form of magnesium is high absorption, the oxide form is low absorption. This means your body is getting much less elemental magnesium than you think. Additionally, the oxide form of magnesium tends to act as a laxative. If you like having diarrhea then this might be the magnesium supplement for you. Otherwise buy a different one - one that contains only Magnesium Glycinate (I will).

This product caused stomach issues and is misleading. It lists magnesium glycinate but does not clearly disclose that it also contains magnesium oxide, which is poorly absorbed. go watch dr berg video on youtube and you will find out why this might not be what you want

Buyer beware! I buy my son magnesium to help with migraines. When we switched to this product he started getting them more frequently. When I researched the ingredients on the back I found out they fill these with a ton of synthetic magnesium to get away with the higher mg dose at a cheap price. Absolutely disappointing. Went straight in the trash
