I wasn’t g expecting this to work as well as it has!! I was desperate. I do not sleep and my neuropathy is so painful that I cannot function! I can hardly walk to the restroom etc. so when this came, I was going through some stuff where my anxiety was through the roof. Well about an hour or so after I took one my entire body relaxed. Like I had just taken some high powered anxiety medication. I couldn’t believe it! Plus I have slept like a baby since I took my first one. I NEVER sleep no matter what I get maybe 2 hours a night total. Until this amazing magnesium supplement. Also, my neuropathy is absolutely bearable. I can play with the grandkids an can take care of household things that I haven’t been able to do at all. I’m forever grateful for this!! And am hoping that it continues to help me! I had calf and feet cramps ant night and I noticed sometimes a magnesium supplement can help from reviews I’ve read. I guess I’ve taken these about 3 weeks and they are really helping after my heart surgery. I spoke with my cardiologist and I will be tested for levels to see what specific type I need in another week or so. I’m pleased with these so far.

I started taking two about 10:00PM and I start feeling more relaxed and mind seems to slow down. I’m usually thinking too much then I can’t sleep. So this helps me get better sleep. Which I am grateful! I would recommend it to anyone who wants to try it to see if it works for them.

I started taking this supplement a couple days ago and my blood sugar readings improved immediately, reducing my need for insulin. The chronic constipation I've been suffering since being released from the hospital was resolved immediately as well.

I have issues with restless legs that make life unbearable. The pain is almost like shin splints and I cannot get comfortable. Over the years I have tried many things, even other magnesium products. This one blew me away. I was having a horrible time and had this delivered. Within the next 30 minutes, the pain melted away and I felt so relaxed I fell right to sleep. Very much satisfied with this product. I’m 46 years young, mother of 3 grown children %26 now with celiacs, IBS %26 lactose issues; I’m in dire need of help, so taking two of these capsules before bed each night had helped not only keep me regular, but my joints and lower back from in constant pain. DONT RUN OUT!! you will have to start the 3-4 week wait again until you notice the difference. TRUST ME

I have been taking this supplement for several months now. I find it helps with sleep tremendously. However, I've noticed in the last couple of bottles that some of the capsules are not completely filled. When I gently pinch some capsules, some have more magnesium than others. With some, you can even see that they are not completely filled. I am very surprised at this as Qunol is supposed to be a good company. I've sent them a message but have not received a reply yet. I'll be looking for another brand after I finish this current bottle.

Upset my sensitive gut and not sure it actually even works. Was happy when my regular magnesium came back in stock. I take it for heart problems and issues increased while using it. Can’t say what the cause was for sure, though.
