The berry flavor is nice and wasn't chalky . I was worried these would cause stomach distress for me, but that wasn't the case. product taste great, but... speaking for the elderly and people with strength and dexterity hurdles, from arthritis to neuro-muscular disabilities ex parkinson's, due to changes ex saliva viscosity, for many of us, common size pills cant be swallowed easily down the throat anymore, so smaller/thinner pills better or alternatively chewables and powders. but if gummies or chews are too gooey-chewy or hard to breakdown quick and easy, they can tire out and fatigue the jaw joint; are too labor-intensive to take again, so i'm looking for another product.

They look and taste like candy except it's not as smooth. I've been eating these for about three weeks but haven't really noticed anything different.
