Did not take with food the first couple of times slight stomach irritation but then took with food . It was fine . Helped with symptoms of brain fog, night sweats and hot flashes .

I love the color of the packaging and it has a nice distinctive look. I thought they would be hard to swallow but they do go down easy and that is also a plus.

I just recently finished the month supply of 2 capsules a day as the serving. I found that the ingredients were good without having hormones or estrogen in it which I appreciated. The package was easy to open and close and had the ingredients and information clear and easy to read on it. I found the capsules to have helped improve my on-going side effects of coming into perimenopause and menopause like. My biggest struggle previous to taking any such treatments for were waking up at various hours in the night. I actually got relief this past month from that former issue as well as not having as bad of moodiness or night sweats as before taking them. I found these to have given me a good relief from the majority of my struggles in this new stage of life and would recommend to any woman also going through this time of life who needs some relief in the various symptoms that come about in Perimenopause or Menopause.

I store it in my cabinet with my vitamins so I remember to take. Easy open package and it keeps moisture out.
