The Capsules were the normal shape and size of other supplements I have been taking, so it I found them easy to take in the morning. I have been taking them for 3 weeks so far, and have noticed that my hot flashes in the middle of the night have been less frequent. With this alone, I have gone out and purchased another bottle so as to make sure that I continue taking this product.
