I have lumbar pain and wanted a product that would help me while in a chair the height is great and very comfortable happy with the support it provides I did a lot of research and this one had great reviews and I am telling you if you need back support the contour and comfort are in this product buy it fabulous results!

I got this for my bf too use in the car. He loves it, but the fit is a little off. He is very, very tall and the pillow keeps sliding too low. Other than that he is quite happy. I think I will build him a pillow to sit underneath and hold it up.

cover frays easily and the ties with clasps are pretty useless. there isn't a way to tighten. you can loosen.

This item is OK. I don't think it's worth the money and would not recommend it. I drive extended hours every day for work. The memory foam is hard. The forces you to sit too far forward in the driver seat. Definitely not what I was expecting for the cost.
