I wear a 44/46 B., I'm 5ft and about 230 lbs, and I do not have big boobs. B cups usually leave me with a lot of gaping, but this bra doesn't! I ordered a 2x, and I have to use the extender. Size 3x was recommended for me, and I should have gotten a 3x, but with the extender on the last hook it fits perfectly and it's very comfortable. I love that I don't have the roll over or back fat spillage.

straps are too wide and cut in to shoulder. doesnt need 3 clasps in back and makes it hard to get on.
