More for your money, compared to bagged hay.
Big amount for the money. It is in a plastic bag inside the box.

Product arrived green and fresh. They packed Hay inside a thick clear plastic bag and put it inside a box container which Is better to keep hay fresh and not dry too quickly . Other shop just put hay inside a box with no plastic bag.

I always order this hay and this is the 2nd box I've received that smells like Chemicals! I don't know what to do... if the hay is bad or if it's ok????

Trash included
Well my guinea liked the hay until I heard her scream and found her with a literal thorn bush in her mouth Unfortunately seems like a lot of trash was Mixed in the middle of hay By trash I mean sticks sharp thorns The hay itself was fresh Packaged well Arrived quickly After winnie screamed I removed the hay I then went through the hay and found more thorns See pictures

Bad batch of hay.
The timothy hay I received in the brown cardboard box was stinky and did not smell like timothy hay. It was full of weeds and not much timothy hay. The second box was mostly real fine grass and not much full blades of timothy hay.

Not sure what I got!
I ordered rabbit hole hay brand hay for my bun. It arrived in a Walmart box and when I opened it there was no manufacturer box….it's obviously hay but not sure what brand or kind since the packaging is completely missing

Poor Quality
The quality of this hay is awful. Just a big bag of hard and burnt looking hay. its supposed to be "premium soft". It is neither.
