Works as described
I am satisfied with this ear cleaner. The 4 cleaning modes work as described. Water pressure is sufficient. It probably wouldn't be great for the inner ear to have any higher pressure. It helps to use in conjunction with a mineral oil to help loosen ear wax prior to using the ear cleaner. The size of the water reservoir is sufficient for my needs but if you have a lot of ear wax, you may need to fill the reservoir a couple of times or more to fully flush your ears. Overall I recommend.

Great product
Was just trying it because I needed something to get wax out of my ears. Once I got use to the operation of it, it worked great I got all the wax out!! Happy with my purchase.

Does not “clean” ears at all. If anything water gets stuck in your ears. Don't recommend.
