GREAT QUALITY
These shoes are good quality shoes. Excellent shoes !

Disappointed
Not disappointed in product. I paid to have overnight guaranteed delivery - they did not arrive overnight. They promptly refunded the shipping charge. The product came the next day but the wrong size was shipped. I called to return the product and explained I did not feel I should have to pay return shipping. They told me that they would issue a prepaid label for pickup and that my account would be credited for the merchandise. I was disappointed in the shipping and product mix up but I have to say that the customer service was wonderful handling the refund on the overnight shipping charge as well as the product return. There were no questions asked and no hassles in trying to process it.

Great shoe, but fits small
Bought these shoes 1 size bigger than my street shoes and they are still to small. Great looking shoe and has some very nice features. Would suggest ordering 1.5-2 sizes bigger than your regular show size, especially if you have wide feet.
