Rachael Ray 9 x 5 inch Nonstick Bakeware Loaf Pan

I love this pan for making meat loaf! It keeps the meat from setting in the juices and that helps in keeping the meat loaf from falling apart when you're slicing it. Plus clean-up is a breeze! :-)

After 4-5 years of using, the bottom pan started losing some of the finish. But for the price, longevity %26 perfect shaped meatloaves I wanted another one!

This is a nice heavy pan. The strainer insert is very helpful when making a meatloaf which is the main reason for selecting this pan.

I was really excited to find this kind of pan. I had a similar one many years ago and loved it. With this meatloaf pan, I need to bake for less time and use a higher fat hamburger. My first attempt came out over done and dry. I like the ability to remove the meat from the grease, but I don't want to leave the meat dry. I'm going to say I'd recommend this pan, but I really won't be sure until I try again with the adjustments I mentioned.

This meatloaf pan is the best pan I ever had! When you take your meatloaf out of the pan you take the ends of the top layer with your mittens on and place your meatloaf on a plate or serving plate. You then will see the left over grease in your pan that grease you don't want. And a perfect meatloaf every time!

Used this about 6 times over the past 3 years. Just noticed the nonstick coating in the bottom pan is coming off in small pieces. It's a darker color and underneath you can see a lighter gray starting to show through. I hope I'm not eating that stuff as the meatloaf sits on the top pan. The set does a good job making a LESS FAT meatloaf so I like it - but - the flaking coating is starting to bother me a bit.

Love this pan! I thought at first it was going to be too small but it holds a 2 pound meatloaf very well and also had room left for the topping! Nothing spilled over! Nice and heavy metal with a nice non-stick coating. Washes up very nice! Nice handles that make it easy to lift meatloaf out of the outer pan. Glad I purchased this pan!

Have not used this bake ware, however it appears to be the quality I was looking for, am not disappointed with my purchase. This bake ware replaces a similar one I had and had used for many years. The old one had scratches on the loaf pan, and so I felt that eating meatloaf or whatever I had used it for would not be healthy thing to use any further.

Love these meatloaf pans. Very good quality %26 reasonably priced.
