Frustrated at first but extremely satisfied now!
Was disappointed when product arrived damaged. Packing was very good and secure so not sure what happened. I called 800 number included with item and after several unsuccessful attempts, I called number listed on Walmart website. Again I became frustrated with no person to talk to. I contacted PotsandPans through Walmart order and very successful interaction. Within 2 days replacement was sent! Confidence restored with a smile!
