This steamer is the best! it's wide enough for asparagus stalks, the holes are small enough nothing falls through, has silicone handles for easy handling, glass lid so you can see, holds just the right amount of water for steaming, and it's easy to clean up. I highly recommend it. I got the red - it's beautiful.

It worked excellent when I used the bottom portion to make rice and put veggies in the top part to steam. I love that its 2 separate parts that are large enough to function separately as well - so if you want to use the bottom part to make whatever one night without the streamer you can. It does say that it can be used in the oven as well so an extra bonus. This is really well made and seems like it should last for awhile.

It is a very nice size and cleaning it is so simple, I have had nothing stick to it and plus you can use the bottom pan to fry things cook things and you can also use the middle part of the pan to drain stuff in so it's not just a steamer you can use it for several different things. I love it.

Compare to the other brands i have used before Rachael Ray Delicious Anodized nonstick Steam (3quart) is really amazing. It made my cooking and kitchen life so easy. I am cooking and eating more vegetables and steam chicken and steam fish i got tired of boiling them and having them come out full of water its perfect size to make several portions. Its 3 quart but deep fit for my family. Color is so beautiful also easy to clean.Its harder than stainless steel and its oven safe to 400*F/ 200*C. Handles are so comfortable. Glass lid is shatter resistant and it comes with life time guarantee. I had heard Rachael Ray products name before but never used so now i am in love with their products. I will definitely recommend to my friends and also love to buy and try more products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried out the Rachael Ray 3-piece Steamer Set this week. I truly like the set's neat styling, the teal handles and how well the pieces fit into each other. I steamed frozen vegetables with the 3 pieces and was very impressed with the way the veggies cooked but still remained firm. Next, using the non-stick bottom pan and the cover, I prepared a chicken stew. The food simmered for about 45 minutes and poured out of the pan without sticking. The only drawbacks to this set are that the set is not dishwasher safe (but does clean up easily in the sink) and the bottom pan has some embossing on its cook side that might scratch glass-top stoves, unless the lengthy instructions are read and followed exactly.
