[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super ecstatic to be offered this little jewel! I am a Rachel Ray fanatic and have been needing a roaster!! So whoop!! The coating makes it super easy to clean and I see it lasting a long while in my kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such an upgrade from the roaster that I have used for years. This is a really great weight. I filled it and was easily able to lift in and out of the oven. I also like the fact that the rack is dual - height and can be adjusted to whatever dish I am going to make. This will fit so much food. I cut up the pineapple in the picture and put it under the rack, and put the meat on top of the rack. It cooked perfectly. I hand washed it and dried it, and it looked as good as new.

It's one hundred percent nonstick and the perfect thickness! I look forward to using the rack to roast a chicken and vegetables next! If you are in the market for a large roasting pan, this product is a must buy!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such an easy roasting pan to use. We use it on our smoker and it catches all of the juices from the meat we smoke. We are able to smoke a whole turkey on it and it withstands the heat from the fire so well. This is a great product.

I love the dual-action reversible rack that is great for a big roast, turkey, and additional veggies or potatoes. It is not very heavy, quite durable with good heat distribution and lastly easy to clean. I am definitely using it this Holiday season!

I like the dual height rack option allowing for various cooking styles. The pan has a nice weight to it, not too heavy but not flimsy with good height for the sides. Easy to clean and store when not in use.

Anodized aluminum is a great cookware choice as long as one cares for it correctly (no dishwasher). It has a nonstick coating, which makes for much easier cleanup. I enjoy the build quality and fit and finish of the stainless handles. They really class up the pan. I think the star of the show is the uniquely designed rack. On one side, the rack will hold your meat higher; flipped makes the rack lower. Adjustability with no moving parts is cool. Good product as long as you care for it correctly.
