Rachael Ray NITRO 9"x13" Cast Iron Roasting Pan, Red

I was skeptical about this skillet but all I can say now is…WOW! Love it! Cooks evenly and so easy to clean like any cast iron skillet. Highly recommend

I bought this cast Iron pan, my very first, I was tired of ceramic pans. They just get discolored so quickly.This pan is great, very easy to clean, food doesn't stick to it and most imp there is no discoloration.

I really like this pan. It is large enough to cook for a big family and versatile for anything that needs frying. Gorgeous too!

This dutch oven is absolutely amazing! I love this pan! It is a bit heavy but beautiful and it goes with my newly remodeled kitchen.

Cooked steaks 🥩 in my new skillet the first day I had it. They turned out great-as good or better than on an outside grill! I love ❤️ it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved this cast iron dish in red , it's enameled which makes it easier to use and prevents from rusting . The main feature that I liked about it is that it can used in the oven as well as cook top . I even used it as a serving dish after cooking . It's easy to clean as well. It's a little too heavy but I guess all cast iron dishes or pans are heavy . Overall it's a good product for me.

This cast iron was beautiful right out of the box. I used the two tablespoons of oil like they recommended and I had perfect results on steaks, sausages a simple pan sauce and green beans. No sticking or release issues at all. This baby gets hot, so I didn't need to turn in up past medium. I loved that is was roomy enough for 2 large steaks to cook at once which made getting dinner on the table fast. I was skeptical about the washing with soap and water and leaving it out to air dry overnight but it dried perfect and there is no signs of rust even days later. This is a huge win since I have had issue with other cast irons skillets in the past! Looking forward to playing with this more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Dutch oven at 37 and I can't believe I waited so long to get one. Its the perfect size for my family of 5. I love how it evenly cooks meat in it. But the possibilities are endless on what you can make in it! I even love how you can prep a meal in it and do not need to transfer it to another dish to pop it in the oven. It is very durable, albeit heavy. I cannot rave enough and already have gotten one as a present for my mother. Highly recommend!!

Nice looking skillet. Tried making fried potatoes and all it did was stick., what a mess. Then decided to brown a roast and it stuck like crazy. If it was seasoned at the factory it was a very good job. Will try and re-season again.

It's not non-stick like it's advertised. After cleaning it like they said my first thing to cook was bacon. It stuck to the skillet so hard that I had to scrap it off the bottom with a metal spatula. Very disappointing.
