Excellent bike hanger for storing your bike from the ceiling. No issues with installing the hanger. Those that had issues with the screw heads breaking off.......... you might want to predrill some holes first. Those who had issues with the pulleys hitting on the screw heads........ you might want to be certain that the screwheads are in all the way. I couldn't slide one of the pulleys completely along the track on my initial hanger and found that the screw was not in all the way. The next one was predrilled and the screws were lubricated before screwing them in... no further issues!!!

The product itself was good, but don't use the screws provided they are crap...heads wring off even after predrilling the holes.

Overall a good product. The reason for four instead of five stars are because: 1) the supplied 7 screws are very poor quality. I broke the heads off of two of them with a hand screw driver! Get higher quality screws of your own to install the unit. 2) the instructions were good except for how to run the supplied rope through the rope stop which prevents the bike from falling. I found a homeowner video which explained how to thread the rope so that the rope stop works correctly.

The directions are hard to understand and the pictures don't help. Once we figured them out they seem to work fine. It seems it wouldnt cost any more to make them easier to understand

All I can say is you get what you pay for. I will be returning this product.
