Rada Cutlery Cook's Knife

I have Rada knives that are 50 years old and still going strong. My baton group sold the knives for a fundraiser so I purchased them at that time. I had several of the paring knives, a set of the steak knives, & a serrated bread knife. I had a couple chef knives in my drawer that had been given to me as gifts, but when I saw this cooks knife on an advertisement for Rada, I immediately purchased it…..and donated the chef knives I had. When you have the best, you don't need the rest.

This knife is so sharp. I have the Rada tomato slicing knife, but decided to try my new Cooks Knife. It sliced the tomatoes so easily. And I could slice them thinly. I then chopped veggies effortlessly! I love it.

I love my new knife. Slicing and icing vegetables is so easy. It's like the knife just slides through whatever I am preparing. The knife is very easy to clean. Wash with hot soapy water and everything comes off easily. I would recommend this knife to everyone that slices or dices.

Just what I was needing. My knives had all got to where they wouldn't cut.

Knife is very high quality and came super sharp from the factory. We prefer to use this knife over lots of the others that we currently have

Hands down the best kitchen knife we've ever used. Theis knife is well-balanced and razor sharp. I always envied those with good knife skills- as it turns out, we've just had inferior knives. I was actually able to cut an onion without my eyes burning and watering. Even my husband was impressed enough to insist we replace all of our existing kitchen implements with Rada. We've just placed an order to do just that.

Super sharp....no sense spending big money for the German brands.

This knife cuts so easily. I cut a lot of veggies each week and this has been such a great addition to my kitchen

I was very excited to receive this knife. It already feels like it's not very sharp , as in hard to slice through peppers,etc. My other Rada knives have remained sharp through years of use. I wash it by hand and always put it back in its sleeve between uses. What am I doing wrong? I want to recommend it as I love the rest of my Rada knives but I'm not really happy with it.
