This was a splurge for a knife I didn't think that I needed! Once we got it though, it is an essential tool for the kitchen! We do have a lot of charcuterie boards just on the weekends, just for dinner or lunch, and this knife is unbelievable. This knife is perfect for hard cheeses. It can be used for any cheese, really. But I have found it most effective for the manchego.l cheese large chunks that we buy from Costco.

Best cutlery ever!
I love Rada products. The first time I ever came in contact with them was at a local Amish store. I bought a paring knife. When I used it, I fell in love with them. I have now replaced all my old cutlery with Rada. I have also bought some for my daughter who loves them equally as much! You you be hooked after using them!
