The product is well constructed, made of quality materials. Winter has showen up, so I am using the heat tape in my gutters and down spouts. So far it is working as planned for me.

Find me a better heat tape out there. I dare ya! It's simply the best. Plug and play! Self Regulating! Pay the high dollar and don't think about your heat tape for the next 20 years. Buy cheap and you'll be thinking about it all the time when your roof is covered in ice dams because your cheap constant wattage heat tape burned out after half a winter.

Had experience using cheap products at my last job so I am familiar with heat trace products. Ordered this product based on information on website. Shipping came promptly, product looked good. Installed on roof gutter easily. I cannot say more until winter comes and deicing begins (not looking forward to this - this is why I bought this product).
