Customer Service Outstanding
This was a Christmas gift! It is such a beautiful and comfortable chair, you get what you see. There was some issues with the wicker coming unraveled, and with no hesitation the shipper initiated a replacement. You do not get customer service like this everywhere anymore. It is appreciated and noticed!

Rocking chair
I found the spacious bowl-shaped seat very comfortable. The cushion and comfort are absolutely wonderful; it is so comfortable you can sleep in it. The quality and durability of the materials are very good; I have pets, and it is holding up to everything. I would recommend it to everybody for comfort, durability, and price.

So comfy
Great chair! The assembly really sucked, but overall glad I bought this. The whole family loves this and it's big enough to hold 2 fully grown men. The cushion isn't as plush as the standard papasan chair, but still a great buy.

good size chair, wasn't fun putting it together- the wicker is in the way for a lot of the holes and the thickness of the wicker prevents screws from being tightened all the way plus the tools that come with it didn't really fit, we had to use our own tools. Cushion isn't very thick and you can definitely feel the bars underneath. I'm going to have to find some thick blankets or something to line it with since I'm planning to use it postpartum
