Used this item with my three year old. Lots of fun and drew lots of interest from neighborhood kinds. Pros: -Simple to install out of the box -Safe -Kids around the neighborhood lined up to try it our (novelty effect) -Spins 360 with little effort -Exercises arms Cons: -Low to the ground, so hard to see from cars -Made of plastic, so may not last as long as rubber tires on a back -Smaller kids may not be able to control their direction as easily (both hands need to be pulling the same way) My child enjoyed this a lot.
I like the name brand Radio Flyer, I like the colors and it's built strong. My son was immediately attached to the toy as as were the rest of my children. It seems like a unisex toy because I noticed my twins seem very interested in the Cyclone as well. It offers different modes of play and seems like it'll hold the attention of children for hours to come. It's easy to use and easy to learn . The kids can do lots of tricks, spins and etc. It's an explosive ride on toy and it's very sturdy and durable. It's made from a trusted brand and I love that fact because I have other Radio Flyer products in my household already. I like that the children take turns ( ages 4,4 and 6 ) and they are occupied for long durations while playing which allows me time to myself. This is an item that I for see being long lasting in any type of situation or home.
We love this so much! I say we because it has given my 3 year old his independence back after recently breaking his leg and in a full leg cast. He learned how to operate it within minutes and can even get on and off of it by himself, broken leg and all. Plus, lets be honest, it is so fun for him to ride and spin too. Wish they made these in adult sizes!
I bought this for my almost 3-year-old grandson while his lower leg had a hairline fracture, and is wrapped awaiting the swelling to go down and be casted. He loves this toy! And it is a way for him to have something he can do when he is outside. We did devise a small wooden platform into which we drilled holes and then attached to those metal "pipes" with zip ties, just because he is short, and feet might not have reached the footrest; also, it prevents his injured leg from falling through to the ground.
My 5 year old loves this thing as an alternative to his bike or scooter when he wants to play in somewhat restricted area like our driveway or back patio. It took him a good 10 minutes to really get the hang of it and to be able to drive himself toward one direction but he caught on super quick. I'll call out how durable this thing is because there was a point when I caught our 13 and 14 year squeezing onto this thing and they actually managed not to break it. They actually like it too which is funny. Fun for everyone at a great price!
The Cyclone was easy to put together. It is a unique toy, which is what attracted me to it. It is loved and shared by a 4-year-old and 2-year-old. It works great on cement and grass. I loved to watch them both figure out how to steer and ride it, which happened quickly.
Looking for a fun way to get a great upper body workout in your youngster, then look no further. The Radio Flyer Cyclone is the perfect answer. The price is good, easy to build and takes up little space. Should fit it most car trunks for taking to the park or on camping trips. The video will give you a little idea of its ability. PROS: Easy to put together. Great upper body workout. Small learning curve. Only weighs 10 lbs. Looks cool. Can be used @indoor Can go in reverse. Spins easily. Plastic guard so metal frame does not contact ground.
My son liked this toy. Easy enough to put together. He liked the spinning once he figured it out and got used to it. But I have to say that does take some arm muscles. Good exercise for the kids instead of screen toys/video. Good to have something for outdoor area. Best place ot use this is the school yard where there's lots of open space and not having to worry about any cars. Lots of fun. But like any of these toys, it takes space for storage (garage or keep in back yard).
My son loves it, I bought this for his third birthday. It took him a second to figure out how to go straight but he was more than happy spinning in circles for awhile lol. My 8 year old daughter loves it and its been the hit for all of the neighborhood kids who visit. I only gave it three stars because the plastic it is made with is fairly brittle and it broke the second day we had it assembled. The wheel inside broke so the wheel wobbles everywhere. I called Walmart and they were more than happy to send a new one and hopefully this one will last longer. Although it broke, the kids really love it, so I cant complain very much. Happy with Walmart customer service also!
when i put it together it wasnt the same as the pictures, I looked at relooked because something was off, following the instructions it was wrong, will be gettting my money back
