Radio Flyer, Ultimate Go-Kart, 24V Red Battery Powered Riding Car

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the @Radio Flyer Ultimate Go kart for free from Radio Flyer. I'm tickled to death to have my grandbabies use the go-kart ! Talk about fun The go-kart is a 3 speed/ with reverse! How awesome is that. I love that this is built so well. The frame is metal with a seat that will adjust to a growing child. And it even has a seat belt.Safety first! Seriously though, if you're looking for your child's next ride, I highly recommend this go-kart. Give your child hours of play with this top notch ride. Has its own charger and battery. Ride time is a few hrs Charge time approximately a half hour. The laughter from these 3 children really made my heart happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our lucky twins received a free Ultimate Go cart model #943 24volt for our honest feedback. Our five year old boy girl twins loved it. It's not too heavy, easy straight forward build, charges quickly and the charge lasts about an hour and a half with constant use of two children. The children have never had a riding toy so they did utilize the lowest speed to get a hang of the steering. The learning curve was about half hour and then they were off on turbo having the best time on both concrete and grass. The car handled like a champ. Highly recommend. Great heavy duty metal base durable product.

Our son absolutely loved it, especially because he is a big Super Mario fan, so this felt extra exciting for him. It has a fun design and definitely feels more exciting than a basic ride on toy. I also like that it has adjustable speed settings and an adjustable seat. My main note is that it is best for the intended age and weight range, so that is something to keep in mind before buying. Overall, it was a big hit in our house.

Affordable great for kids

My granddaughter loves it. First thing she wants to do in the morning. All she says is ride she is 2 years old. She is in to foster trucks at the moment. I took her to Salem Speedway to see them and they had a juice box race. Just had to get her one.

If you want to live your dream of becoming a race car driver vicariously through your child- then stop your search and add the Radio Flyer go-kart to your cart! This ride on out performs most of the other ones on the market with its three speeds (2.5, 5 and 8mph) and its ability to drift! What's nice about the gear shift is you can put a screw in to lock it at speed 1 or 2 when your new driver is first learning the ins and outs of steering and breaking. Not only will your thrill seeking kid get to experience speed but they will look pretty cool doing it in this aesthetically pleasing red steel framed car. Radio Flyer has become one of our favorite brands- from the deluxe steer and stroll tricycle, to my first scooter and now a ride on go-kart we couldn't be happier with the workmanship of all their products for every stage of our sons childhood. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We LOVE the ultimate go-kart! My husband assembled it which took under 30 minutes and was very straight forward. He said assembly was easy to follow and the kart seemed to be well built. Our 3.5 year old is taller her for her age but has no issues reaching the pedals. She is a bit young for the third speed level so we keep her on level 1. We love that it has different speed levels though so it can grow with her as she becomes a more confident and safe driver. She loves it and loved the red color. She calls it her race car! Being under the 130 lb weight limit I myself took it for a spin and was very impressed. It has really good handling and is easy to steer and control. I would definitely recommend this for a gift for any kids 4 and up!

Assembly was quick and easy, my husband had it put together right away. We took our 4 yr old out to the park for the first ride, and he learned how to use it almost instantly. He confidently moved through all three speed settings, and I was impressed by how intuitive the controls were for such a young rider. The go‑kart is well designed, sturdy, holds its charge and a ton of fun. The only improvement I'd suggest is switching to rubber tires for better traction, especially on smoother surfaces. That said, our 4 year old absolutely loved the drifting, so depending on your kid, it might be a bonus. Overall, this has been a great experience and a product we're happy to recommend.

We were so excited to be selected for the Radio Flyer 24V Ultimate Go-Kart through the RFT program and it's been such a fun addition for my kids! Putting it together was actually pretty straightforward. The instructions were easy to follow and it didn't take long, which I appreciated. Right away, the go-kart felt sturdy and well-made - not cheap or flimsy at all, which matters a lot to me as a parent. Both of my girls picked it up really quickly and had no problem figuring out how to drive it. It runs smoothly and the different speed settings are great depending on how confident they're feeling. One thing I do want to be really honest about is the sizing. My daughters are 4 (around 3'6”) and 6 (around 4'4”), and it fits them very differently. It is PERFECT for my 4-year-old - she sits comfortably and will easily get a couple more years out of it. My 6-year-old still had a lot of fun with it but she's taller than average and her legs were definitely bent up, even with the seat pushed all the way back. So she can still use it, but I wouldn't say it's the best fit for bigger/taller kids. We've used it on both cement and grass and it handled both really well, which I wasn't sure about at first. No issues there at all. Battery life has honestly been impressive so far. The girls actually drove it to a park and back (about 2 miles total), and the battery was still showing high after. That really surprised me and says a lot about how long it lasts! Overall, the kids absolutely love it and it's been a huge hit in our house. I'd definitely recommend it - just keep in mind it's a better fit for younger or smaller kids.
