Our 18-month-old just upgraded to this and loves it. He seems to be able to hold it well. The bristles are soft enough to feel nice even as his molars come in. He actually cried when we took it away the other night, he loved the feeling so much. We love that it's more sustainable and actually non-toxic! Also, the company customer service is in point.

So we tried another on my 2 yr old son. Now she a little tricky. He like it when he allowed me to brush his teeth but not willing other times.

It is the perfect size for little hands and my 23 month old did great with it. We love the vegetable derived bristles most of all! We also recommended this brush to my 20 month old nephew and he uses it now too.
