Long unbreakable nails, healthy hair, less hippain
My nails are growing out now without breaking. My hair is almost to my waist, barely any split in, and my hip dysplasia %26 tears hurt less with more mobility. I bought a jar for my mother too!

Skin glowing
I have nice skin but I'm older and everyone says that collagen helps. This supplement is the one I've used the longest and since l've been using it, I no longer get cystic acne and my skin looks great, very soft and glowy.

Comes in a kool little bottle and box. I just recently started, but so far I like them. They are affordablely priced, and no side effects.
