I bought 3 of these on my first purchase because I know Rael always delivers! Honestly, goodbye cystic acne! I love how I don't have to use a really strong acne treatment either. I love that it has natural healing properties such as the tea tree! I would definitely recommend it!

This actually works. I heard people complain some products made their face “worse” but I think that it just means it's working (or maybe their skin is too sensitive but that wouldn't be the product's issue?). This little dot really sucks all the dirt and oil out and keeps it from forming into something real. I think it's amazing (same with the other similar products).

I bought this to use in conjunction with an acne soap and adapalene to attack whiteheads that are just below the surface and have been for years and years. Can't really say whether it's been successful or not as the whiteheads are still there; tough buggers. I might need to use them again.

I love Rael's original acne healing patches. I literally swear by them. So when they came out with something to help get rid of those deep, painful, stubborn zits, I had to try it. It's a nice concept, but it unfortunately didn't work. With the original acne patches you can see the gunk that it sucks out. With the microneedle ones, absolutely nothing came out and the zit was still as big and painful as it was before. I'll keep trying it until I run out, but I don't think I'll ever purchase the microneedle acne patches again.

There is only 4 pimple patches in the case definitely not worth the price. It also didn't help my skin just irritated it and left a big scar on both my pimples.

only 4 in the pack, hard to peel off unless you know the trick, which isn't on the pack. the worst thing was, they did nothing except leave a puffy circle on my face

Didn't really work that well for me and the adhesive didn't stick to my skin very well. Purchased zitsticka immediately after and those worked alot better!

Not worth the price… it works okay, but you only get 4 patches.
