Rael Hormone Balance Supplement

I've been taking these consistently for a few weeks and love how easy they are to incorporate into my daily routine. The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate having a supplement specifically designed to support hormone balance and overall wellness.

I started using this about two months ago. Last month, I experienced the BEST period I've had in years! While I still cramped, the cramps were very manageable and no where near as severe as they used to be. My spouse even noticed that I had increased energy than I usually do on my cycle. It also did a great job of regulating my cycle, as I was getting my period every 29 or 30 days, but now get it exactly on the 28th day of the cycle! This is the best product by far!! It truly does what it says it will.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like how easily this powder dissolves and my beverages, I have mixed it in warm drinks I've mixed it in cold drinks. Both successfully dissolved, and this powder did not alter the taste of any beverage. However, I did not notice much of Improvement overall, but I did feel better and function better within an hour of drinking this. And, I found if I use more than one scoop, for instance a scoop and a half, that I tended to feel better! While I love this brand and I love all the products, I took this everyday at work, and because there was so little noticeable effects, I tended to forget on my days off. Full disclosure.. I had my tubes removed, sterilization, in July of 2023. My hormones have been all over the place, my periods are getting worse each month, my mood is getting worse around the PMS time. I would absolutely love to sample more products from this brand, because everything I have been invited to try has had a positive impact.

My Hormones are way out of balance. I started taking this when I decided to stop taking birth control to regulate. I think I need to take it for longer to see the full benefits.

I have been taking this for almost a month now. When I'm on my cycle my cramps have decreased by a ton. I'm planning to do this treatment for at least 3 months for the full benefit. I highly recommend, this is a lot better than what my doctor was recommending.

I haven't been using this product for 30 days quite yet, but I noticed I ran through it rather quickly! I think that's my only con though because I have noticed a major positive difference in my mood and in my energy levels since I've been using this. I drink it water normally, but I also have tried it in coffee and either way it has no noticeable flavor. I will continue to use it to see if any other major effects occur, but my goal is to improve my chances of ovulation/fertility! So far I have to say I have enjoyed using this product, and I'm desperately hoping it will continue to improve several health aspects that I struggle with.

I'm not sure 1 month worth of product is enough to sell and repurchase over and over again. I rather personally buy it if it was a 90 or 3 month supply bigger and more expensive rather than buying 3 tubs worth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took this according to the instructions daily and I didn't really notice that much of a change except my face cleared up a little I think a product like this I would have to take for at least 90 days before I could see the full effect . But as far recommending to others ,I don't see why not ,like I said I would have to take it longer to see of my cycle balanced out and other pre menstrual symptoms subside. That's why I only rated it at a 3 for the moment .
