I was hesitant to try this product due to most of the reviews being promotional. This product works the way they say it does. A person who took four NSAIDs a day to fight cramping I no longer need them. I took Rael three days prior to my menstral and then an additional four days. It was amazing. Slight cramping but nowhere near the pain I would previously go through. I will definitely take this natural product as my monthly savior.

Works well, it definitely does give relief with bloating and inflammation.

The pills are pretty large, which is probably the biggest con, and you have to take two of them for a dose. The taste of them is pleasant, almost sweet or flowery, and fortunately I don't have any issues swallowing larger pills. I took this supplement during two cycles of my period. I didn't notice a huge difference in reduction of bloating but it did help somewhat. More significantly I noticed a reduction in cramps and breast tenderness/pain. I appreciate that it is a natural product with very few ingredients. I would try it again.

This time around I didn't get either! It may be TMI, but ladies know about the "period poops" and I was really pleased that didn't happen this time around either! It didn't decrease my cramping, however, I did read that you are supposed to take it the few days before your period to help with that and I didn't do it. Next time I will do that and see if it helps with cramping! Otherwise, I definitely liked it - I am always trying to get more turmeric in my diet and I love that this contains that. No side effects either.
