Rael PMS Cramp & Bloat Supplement

I was hesitant to try this product due to most of the reviews being promotional. This product works the way they say it does. A person who took four NSAIDs a day to fight cramping I no longer need them. I took Rael three days prior to my menstral and then an additional four days. It was amazing. Slight cramping but nowhere near the pain I would previously go through. I will definitely take this natural product as my monthly savior.

Works well, it definitely does give relief with bloating and inflammation.

I don't get cramps so I can't say if it helps with that part of the claim BUT it definitely helps with bloating I use it 3-4 days before my persons starts and it helps so much and it also helps with my backpain ! The best part it's drug-free , vegan , and gluten free and smells so good lol 😂.. I will definitely buy again so much more gentler on ur body than a midol or pamprin and in my opinion works better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got my period so figured I would test this out - it's actually a product you can begin taking before your period starts and then continue it a few days from your first day. I'm grateful to say I don't often get horrible cramps or feel extremely bloated but I definitely feel off and believe this helped to an extent. I prefer a gummy vitamin so I wasn't a huge fan of this form.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product and saw they were capsules and I believe they're only available in capsules. I can't absorb capsules so I opened them. I only used for 2 days, and felt a difference. I am always bloated. Always have flatulence. Some cramping but not much. There was no bloat. Flatulence decreased but the cramps didn't. Although they are never bad at all. The only reason I took a star off is because they don't come in another form other than capsules.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not like this product at all. I do not know if it was the zinc in it that made me nauseous but I felt horrible. It did not help me with cramps. I did receive this product for free as a sampling and happy that I did not waste my money on it.
