After moving into my apartment 7 months ago I quickly realized it has an ant infestation! I've tried terro traps, and they only worked on some of the ants in my bathroom then they quickly created a new colony and ignored the traps. I also use Raids spray barrier but found it to be effective on detering the centipedes and spiders I had but NOT ants!! I used diatomaceous earth powder in bathroom and found that fairly ineffective in killing the ants I'm dealing with. Now I happened to pick up these ant traps today and immediately within 5 minutes of putting these down in my kitchen and bedroom ants are streaming in and out of these! I really pray these work because I am soooo sick of dealing with these ants!
For the first time ever, I had terrible trouble with tiny ants this year. They were relentless in finding even a tiny residual bit of food on washed items - and nearly every day one would find its way up my leg and sting me! I tried multiple home remedies from the web and even tried Raid's regular ant baits. Many things decreased the onslaught, but nothing stopped it. Within three days of putting out one of these traps, problem solved.
I have bought these in the past and was never really sure if they were working or not. This summer it feels like we have had endless tiny ants. I get rid of them in one area and they pop up somewhere else. I put out two boxes worth and I havent really seen much difference.
I was very hesitant on buying this more expensive version of the Raid ant bait killers because I had always used the less expensive Raid ones (which werent working) and I couldnt see why four more holes would make any difference but I was wrong. This ant bait killer killed all my ants within two days. It was just like a miracle! I dont know why it works so much better but it definitely does and I highly recommend it!
Don't know where they came from, but they were infiltrating upstairs and downstairs, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room...tracking everywhere, including our couch, chairs and tables. We bought two sets of these traps, placed them where we saw the ants the most, but they just kept tracking. I only saw one on one of the traps (but they were fine, little ants—hard to see). They even tracked through the staircase. It took a few days, but suddenly they were no more! Highly recommend this stuff! Yay!
Dear Raid and Walmart... Hoping these traps work... I have a serious ant problem and called Greenix Pest Control... However, they cannot come for a few days so please work your magic Raid!!! Sincerely... RoAnn
These traps are not only cheap in price but they work! We had very small ants in our bedroom so my mom told me to buy these. I bought a couple packs and only saw ants one time! These are very good to keep in your house!
I only gave this 2 Stars because the Ants in my garage seem to be ignoring it. It might kill them off if they were attracted enough to it to actually grab some Take-Out. Lol
Day two, have them in midst of place small ants seen in my apt: kitchen floor and another area. NOw 48 hours since put the traps right in those busy ant areas: NOTHING, ants crawling all around area, walking right past the bait traps, saw only ONE single ant examine the bait trap yesterday, and none thereafter. They are walking right next to the bait traps and totally ignoring them.
Ants avoid these things like the plague. They go all around the bait houses but never go in! I still have just as many ants as ever and $5.00 less in my pocket! I'm giving it a 1 star rating because a -1 is not available! I will try to find another product that works!
