I read the reviews before purchasing, so I was prepared for the struggle putting the rubber guards on. 3 units, of 10 in, I put them in the hottest tap water I could and they became MUCH more flexible. The manufacturer might want to add this as a tip for assembly. Made a huge difference! Nice planter holders, I would buy again!

We have been looking for a way to display flower pots on our deck railing. Nothing we found was right until my husband found these pot holders. They are perfect. We measured our slats and picked the correct size. We now have six potted mums on our deck and they look is beautiful.

Love how they look on my fence. The only negative thing about them is that the rubber grips that you have to cut and put on are very hard to handle. Would be better if they came already on the frame.

The main thing I didn't like was it was very hard to get the rubber tubing on to protect the fence. Than they would fall off as you went to put it on the fence. But they seem very sturdy.

I used them on a metal railing. The description says it holds 15 lbs. However, once the planter is watered, my 6lb. planter slides all the way down the railing. I tried spreading the hanger outward for more tension, but that didn't work either.
