Works perfectly. These two gutter downspouts are as described. I did check them out fully to make sure that they are what we need. I have new roofers coming tomorrow and that are gonna change our downspouts. These extenders are gonna be perfect to angle the water where I want it to go. They are the perfect size and as I checked, they are in excellent condition. You know the parts are there and they will definitely extend to the full 60 inches if needed. So excited hopefully after everything's installed, I could take a picture to add to this review.

Easy to assemble and installed in a few minutes. Fit perfectly on my old gutters and now water runs off far away from my foundation! Far reach around my fence too. It was a little tricky twisting the tube connection together but wasn't anything too bad. No trimming needed but you could easily do it if you wanted. Ease of use was the key to this purchase- anyone can do it

These are a simple solution for flooding by the gutter spouts. They're exactly what I needed on our two downspouts. Simple but effective design, easy to install. They have a little weight to them, and they're much sturdier than I expected.

Plastic extension pipes work as they should. Hold on well. Look clean in white. Work as they should.

just what I needed

This is the second time I bought this product, it is just the right length I need to extend my downspouts. However, I really can't figure out how to install them properly as there were no instructions included. I stuck them on the end of my downspouts in the way I thought they should go, didn't use the screws as I don't know what to do with them. The first two are diverting the water away from the house without major expense.

Time will tell if these hold up for more than a year in the Texas heat. I though white might have a better chance than black. Had a friend screw them in; he said the ones that came with it weren't great so he used some others (thus the 4 stars). Hopefully we'll get a nice rain soon so I'll be able to see how well they work at directing water away from the house.

Maybe it's just me, but the downspout adapter was a pain to put on. Just kind of an awkward design. I managed to finally get them on after many attempts. Other than that, hoping they last long.
