My son had a lot of film on the inside of his windshield I'm assuming from vaping and he said this was easy to use and it cleaned it right up. It works really nicely and it helped out a lot. He has quit vaping so hopefully the film stays away. He has tried other methods to get the film to go away and they have not worked. So this was really nice to have and to actually see a difference.

Love the product, hate the company. Wonder why? I attempted to get replacement clothes for this awesome product and the company has ignored me after I've purchased three of their products.

cleaning head smaller than expected but still works great. easy to get into the corners. handle isn't very long and doesn't feel strong but worked well.

Well..its the Correct Tool. But takes a bit to get the most out of it. The fluid they put in the bottle in middle, doesn't work too well. probably should have given another Star, but i haven't gotten Great Results Yet,after 3 Windshields. Not Rocket science,but u need to torque it Just Right

It is difficult to spray window cleaner and wipe together. It is easier to use them separately.

Leaks. When I picked it up one was leaking in the bag. When trying to use it you tend to squeeze it again leaking.

This is more a review of Walmart than the actual product. The product is fine, but not exactly what I wanted. But when it arrived, the spray bottle wasn't in there and it looks like the cloth was already used.

There was no option to pick this up from the store, so I had to have it shipped. By the time I received it, the cleaner had clearly spilled. The bottle was about 3/4 full and you could clearly see the package was wet in some spots. The part of the package where the wand is located was wet/foggy. They need to add something to the bottle, like a removable film or plastic, so it cannot easily spill during shipping.
