Rain-x Premium Headlight Restoration Kit - 610153

the product was missing half of the kit. It was missing the drill attachment, sanding disks, and polishing pads

The sanding and buffing process worked as defined. Had to use extra sand paper from my shop to satisfy buffing and sanding process. Sealant dried too fast and ruined the established finish with streaks and bubbles. Ended up having to purchase new headlights. Followed all procedures, and applied sealer on kool surface in the shade. Should have buffed and finished the old fashion way!

This product will restore crystal clarity to your fogged-over headlights. That being said, it is labor-intensive. The real problem with any product like this is that you're going to have to repeat it every year. When you finish using the product, your headlights look beautiful. Crystal clear. One year later, they look like you never touched them. If you don't mind doing it annually, then this is a wonderful way to clear up your problem inexpensively.

After following directions, I was less than impressed, since after third sanding it was still pretty foggy. I started over, moved even slower, while applying more pressure, and upon finishing third sanding it was noticibly better. Once applying the buffing compound, again moving slowly with decent pressure, I looked at the difference between the finished and unfinished light, and was amazed. Product turned out to be well worth it... In pics, you see the before, then the first attempt, then the second that worked pretty well.

this crap scratched my headlights all to hello and back, I used it just as the instructions said. be careful with this!

This worked great after a kit from another brand failed horribly. Good quality sand papers and polish. Before picture is from when the other brand totally destroyed my light. After picture is after some 320 grit sand paper this kit.

Awesome product works great

It took off quite a bit of calcification, grime and road wear off, but did not make it clear. It worked...but did it really?

works well but needs real elbow grease. dont be afraid to scrub that film off with each grit of sanding paper.
