Rain-x X-treme Clean Clear Surface Cleaner 12 oz. Bottle - 5080217W

I figured I'd give the Rain-X X-Treme Clean Clear Surface Cleaner, a challenge and try it on my son's old 2001 Neon. What a great surprise! It cleaned very well, as you can see from the before and after pictures, I waited over a week to see if it would last, and it did! I also tried it on my Honda Fit which was just starting to get discolored - same results. I'd say this will get out at least 90% of the discoloration, so I'd certainly suggest this to anyone, and I'll be having it in stock in my garage!

tried this out today on our 1998 Toyota Camry. works great and easy to use. I just poured a little dab on a old towel, using circular motion worked it around and around on about half of the headlight. could see the discoloration disappearing as i used it. did the same for the other half and a nice shiny like-new headlight was there. for the second headlight i tried it a bit different, i smeared the Rain-x compound over the entire headlight and let it sit for a few minutes, then started with a fresh dab of compound , using the circular motions and it seemed easier to rub off the discoloration. we now have 2 clear and bright headlights. works great and easy to use. none of the multiple applications and buffing like so many of the other products require. see the pictures, before and after, works great!

i was really not sure this product would do anything, but I was wrong i used this product on my hazy headlights and they became very clean I was very happy with the outcome and I do highly recommend this product at least for how I used it on the headlights now it says that you can use it on the windshields and the windows and all this stuff I guess on the outside but I don't think I will be using it that way because it has a haze when it dries so you have to kind of buff it off and also after it dries you need sort of a damp cloth to take the haze off and then buff it with a dry cloth

I have tried so many products like this that didn’t work so I was shocked when this one did!! I can actually see at night now lol. I’ve sent pictures to my friends/ family, I’m amazed- this was one application-pictures included. So quick and easy to use!! Get this stuff!!!!

We used this product on our cloudy headlights. We tried it on the worst one first, but didn't think to take a picture. We took a picture of the headlight that wasn't as bad, but you can still tell how well it works. This stuff really shined up the headlights. This won't work for cloudiness inside the headlight unless you take it off to clean it. My cloudiness was on the outside and this did amazing clearing that up. We would definitely recommend and purchase!

I live in a very rural area on a gravel road so my car is always pretty grimy and my headlights are dull and hazy. Rain-X X-Treme cleaner works amazingly well to remove the road grit, salt residue, bugs, and haze on my headlights and windshield. The cleaner is easy to apply but can dry quickly and takes some rubbing to remove. I wiped it on with a damp microfiber cloth in small circular motions until the whole area was covered. Then I used another damp microfiber cloth and water to remove it and buffed it afterward with a dry cloth. Like I said, it takes a bit of rubbing but it makes a really big difference in the clarity of my windshield and headlights and will hopefully keep them cleaner and less grimy going forward. It also worked great on the rear window of my SUV which always gets covered in road dust. I am really impressed with how easily this cleaner removes stuck-on bugs and doesn't leave a streaky appearance on plastic or glass.

This is amazing. I use it on my shower glass, outside windows to repel water spots and keep them at bay. Works so so well.

I used this on my lights after washing my car. It made a huge difference to my lights at night. I normally have a hard time seeing because it looks like my lights are off. Now I know they were just really dirty. I didn’t use it on my windshield because my car has a warranty on it and I can only do the crystal infusion which is applied by the car company every 3 months.

I found this to be fairly effective on different types of plastic. It completely rejuvenated the solar cells on top of my garden solar lights. They looked brand new after using this and are functioning at full capacity again because of the clarity this gave them. This works great for refreshing plastic and making it clean again. However, on severely yellowed plastic, it did not work as well. The results were minimal on yellowed plastic that was too far gone. Overall, I feel like this is effective for renewing and cleaning surfaces as advertised.

I can definitely tell a difference on my headlights. I just had to put it on a microfiber washcloth and kinda buff them out and rinse it off with hot water, so easy to use. Quality product for the money.
