Rainbow Brite Pet's Costume

I ordered two rainbow brite costumes for Halloween. One arrived with what appeared to be blood on it. After being unsuccessful through chat assistance I called to talk with a CSR to try to get a replacement. At one point the CSR told me that since it came from a warehouse with fake blood that the stain resembling blood may be fake- that's not gelpful! They then made me wait 48 hours to be contacted by a 3rd party- who never reached out. On day 3 I called back and thought the issue was resolved- the CSR had me email a picture and I thought set up delivery, but I never received any kind of confirmation. After a week, I called back in, to be hung up on. So I called again. I never received what I wanted, when all I wanted through all of this was a replacement for the bloody costume- what I originally ordered.
