It's a little moist and slightly sticky, but its very essential to take on a daily basis and effective thus far.

But these right by here are taste YUMMY.These gummies have become a staple in my daily routine.Bottle is easy to open and close.  The only thing that I did not like about the gummies was the off white color stuff at the bottom or the jar, and that they clump together.
