[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product shipped well. The bag weighed about 20 lbs. Some of the stones are smooth on one side and cut in half on the other side. I like the sage and earth tones in the mix. The gravel covered a small area of one square foot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the mixture of rock that I got in this bag of gravel. The pieces are quite uniform in size with mostly round pebbles. The colors vary, which I like a lot, and makes for a great base layer of rock under larger stones.

We made small paths through our garden, and this gravel looks and feels amazing. I wouldn't recommend running through it on bare feet, but the pieces are not big enough to roll ankles while in shoes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I seriously never knew gravel could be so amazingly beautiful. I opened the bag and literally said "wow". Never have I seen gravel this stunning. This earthy mix gravel by Earthy Mix Gravel by Margo Garden Products Gravel collection is some serious high quaility from the Southwest Pacific. I used this for a few different projects. The biggest was the garden in my front yard. I put a light layer as a top coat over my garden beds and it was just wow. Even my neighbors were looking because it just lit up my entire home. It is gorgeous! So much so I did take some and used them in my hermit crab tank. I glued them to their water ramps and it is just eye catching when you look in their tank now! So yes it is safe for ponds and fish tanks! You can also use it to control water erosion and around any type of plant, tree or potted plant. It also says you can use it as topcoat material for a ballast roof system. I need to do that. I would love my roof to be covered in this beauty!

We used it to seal cracks in the path located in our backyard, instead of using more concrete, and it is absolutely perfect for our succulents, as these plants need very little water, adding these little rocks makes it decorative and helps with the water retention.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this Rainforest - Earthy Mix Gravel would be a perfect replacement for the old gross green gravel that I just can't seem to get clean anymore in my half whiskey barrel water garden and, by golly, it is! The colors are natural and go well in the bottom and actually look downright pretty shimmering through the clear water. They are nice rounded pebbles so I don't worry about anything hurting itself on sharp edges (like my little grandson trying to poke around in there when he's not supposed to) and it's easy for the fish to find their meals when the food floats down to the bottom. This gravel provides a nice even surface for me to place my pond fountain motor and filter on too. I'm very happy with how this looks and works for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mix of earth tones in this gravel. There was a mix of large and small pieces and about five or six different colors and tones. This will look gorgeous in a small fish tank or succulent. The rocks are all different shapes and sizes and can make for a great base for a small garden.

I like this option of Margo's rock and gravel because of its function and visual simple style. It's a good product and I like how it's in a small gravel form. Thumbs up.
