It's 50 feet of quality, double braided nylon rope. Just by the touch you can tell this is premium, well-made rope. The spring hook is also clearly well-made, marine grade and durable. Perfect addition to use on the bay in my boat.

I know it's intended for marine use but I have found it handy for trying down my trunk when I have bulky items to move. I'm sure it has hundreds of uses, the spring clip snap hook is heavy duty. I'm going to keep mine in the trunk and buy another one for the boat.

It is made of strong and durable nylon and the finishing on the ends of the line done with durability in mind. Comes with removable high quality snap hook. I appreciate the line is made of black nylon, this will not look as dirty as a white line does. This is the perfect anchor line for a small boat. I expect this to last a long time.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I bought the Rainier Supply Co 50' x 1/4” Double Braided Nylon Anchor Line with 316SS Thimble and Marine Grade Snap Hook in black. First, I can see many uses for this rope especially when not in use on a boat. Since it has a snap hook, I was able to connect it to a hook on my pergola and make a wet towel/ clothing line for when my boys go swimming or play with water balloons/guns in my backyard. I wrapped the rope back and forth making two heavy duty lines that wouldn't slack when wet clothes/towels were hung on them. This was extremely convenient since it was over 100 degrees for the past two weeks and my boys were constantly in and out of the water. I saw someone else mention using it to tie down furniture or other items on a truck and I think it could work really well for that especially with the length and thickness of the rope. I could also see it being used for outdoor games, holding a piñata at a birthday party, wrapping a Christmas tree in a bag and anchoring it to a garage wall, etc. if possible, I always like finding ways to use things in more than one way when they are only used for a season. With that said, my dad and I tested it using his anchors on his boat as well. He said the rope was extremely sturdy, durable, and well made. However, the snap hook does not fit all anchors including two of his, but he could use it as anchor rope with chain by removing the snap hook and installing a shackle and chain like mentioned in the description. I like that the rope is black because it won't show as much dirt/grime like the white rope on his boat. The description also mentions it's salt water, oil, rot and mildew resistant.

This rope appeared to be damaged when I received it but I tried it anyways and the rope broke cause me to not have an anchor rope or my anchor any more.
