I'm setting it up on my balcony. I'm setting up pots that drain into a large 5 gallon container. This will draw water from that container and give it to the pots so the excess can drain back into the container. That way I don't have to worry about water draining down into my downstairs neighbor's porch. So long as the big container has water in it, the plants on my balcony can be watered a couple times a day while it's so hot right now as we enter August. That's what I really love about this system! I can have it circulate water as often as every 8 hours or as little as once a month. And since it is rechargeable, I even went so far as to set up a small solar panel connected to the USB-C port so the battery will top off each day so I never have to worry about charging it. Now my only worry will be making sure there's plenty of fresh water in the 5 gallon container. I even installed a filter so the water that drains from the pots won't bring debris into the container that could clog up this system! So yeah, I highly recommend the system!

It is designed for indoor or greenhouse use to protect the pump and tubing from temperature extremes. You will save watering time, and your plants will be happy. This watering plant system has worked really well for me. It was easy to set up and programming was easy for me. I like that you can customize both the watering schedule in the amount of water. this makes it easier to meet the plants needs. I have a large plant Collection and so keeping up with watering can be challenging . this system takes care of an entire area of my plants, which saves me a lot of time and energy. Overall, this has been a benefit to my plant care system.

The price is good, the instructions are clear and assembly straight-forward. The pump is working fine, though I haven't had it long enough to test if the timer portion is working properly. The biggest negative is every "t" connection leaks. So the first thing was water all over the table. I even took the tubing off and recut the end and reinstalled it........... still leaks. I reached out to the company and will wait a day or two for them to respond. It is really sad, because I travel a bit now and really don't want to ask someone to come into the house to water my plants. The leaking connectors are a deal breaker. The ony solution I can think of would be to string the main tubing over the pots and make sure the "t" connectors are dripping into the pot.... and that looks stupid. If you buy this, be careful. It can ruin your furniture.

I never received this item. I have very specific directions on my profile and shouldn't have had a problem. The delivery company did not have those instructions so who knows where it went.
