It was raining and my assiciate refused to bring my groceries to my vehicle. She insisted that I put my groceries in a new cart from her basket. She wouldn't let me use what they were already loaded in. The person in line behind me got their groceries delivered to their car. When I asked why, she stated that he chose to deliver them. She was very rude. I am highly disappointed in the pickup service.
