We were very please with the prompt ser vice we got. Our original paddles we defective (a coating on top had started to crease) We contacted Pickleball Central with our order number and pictures of said défective paddles, and we were promptly sent a list of replacement paddles. Upon choosing the ones we wanted, they were shipped and received within days. We are very pleased with the service and products.

When I purchased this paddle I was looking for controlled power in my game. I have that and more with this paddle. I now have to adjust my serve though. It is not as accurate as with my prior paddle but I am hoping it will come back as I get acquainted with my paddle.

My 1st paddle was a Monarch Dragonslayer; I have to recommend against because edge frame detaches easily. My 2nd paddle is a Prolite Magnum graphite, which I like a lot, especially the weight of 7.0 ounces. I'm not all that good, & I feel Magnum give me more "touch", but it is quite loud when you hit the ball hard right on the sweet spot. I wanted to try a thicker core paddle, & this Rally Graphite is great. A bit heavier than my Magnum, but not really noticeably so. Paddle also seems more "forgiving" for hits off the sweet spot. Since I don't have to swing as hard, I'm noticing fewer shots flying "out". I highly recommend this paddle, and I couldn't be more pleased with Pickleball Central's customer service!

Unmatched customer service! Got a voice mail from a customer rep who called to reassure me that the type of grip I specified would still qualify for a return if I didn't like the paddle. A very personal touch! I like the smaller grip, and weighed the paddle on my food scale--7.75 oz. I may add some weighted tape to it to bring it up to 8 or so oz. I liked the dimensions of a paddle I was borrowing, so I measured it and found this paddle was very close to the same dimensions. It's a little quieter than other paddles I've used, and there is a teeny tiny bit of cushion on the face which I like. A pb friend liked this feature so much he was going to order one so he could perfect his spins. Prior to this paddle, I was using a starter paddle and this one feels so much better. Would purchase again and would recommend this paddle.

I chose this paddle for grip size. Since doing so, I feel the paddle doesn’t shift in my hand, my elbow doesn’t give me as much pain. Love the sweet spot sound. Enjoying this paddle so much. The delivery was quick & really appreciate that. You have a strong company & enjoy perusing your site.

I started with the basic wooden set that came in a pack of 4 with balls. I was very pleased with those, but as I started to play more often and really enjoy the sport, I was ready to upgrade to a new paddle. I used this site to research which paddles had the attributes I was looking for and found this ideal paddle for me in my price range. Very please, my buddy said there was a noticeable increase in spin and I noticed how much bigger the sweet spot is on this. A good paddle makes a difference.

We were using wood paddle when we were starting but since we got the Rally Graphite Power 5.0 definitely our performance improved and true enough that it has an exceptionally solid feel, enormous sweet spot, and more than enough power to put balls away with confidence. Our returns were better! Definitely worth buying.

I looked at this paddle on line and was tempted because of the recommendations, but I was lucky enough to borrow one from a friend I play with. It's an OK paddle but as I feared from reading the specs the grip length of 4 3/4' is too short for me. If you have small hands I guess it isn't a big deal but I'm 6 feet tall and have hands proportionate to my height, and as soon as I first grabbed it I felt the handle was too small and uncomfortable. I'll be buying something else.

this paddle is double as thick as a normal paddle. Looks weird, is heavy for what I am used to and overall don't like how it felt when I played. Sad that I have to pay for shipping to return! That is so expensive and makes me not want to order from PBC again!
